Understanding the $40 Delivery Fee
When Does the Delivery Fee Apply?
The $40 delivery fee only applies in outer areas because reaching those locations costs us more. We want to be upfront about that.
We also want you to know that unlike other providers, we charge one bottle price for everyone, no matter your location. It’s just a delivery fee, and ordering multiple bottles helps you save.
We hope this makes the fee clear. Our goal is always to keep things simple and fair.

Our driver brings your bottle, removes the old one, fits the new KHG bottle, checks the connection for leaks, and inspects the regulator.

Swap or Return
If you have a bottle from another provider, we can take it off-site for you - just remember to cancel your old account so they stop billing you bottle rental or maintenance fees.
Refundable Bottle Deposit
Never Run Out of Gas Again
When the first bottle runs out, switch to your second and place your next order right away so you’ll always stay topped up.
Why a $50 Deposit
Here at King’s Hot Gas, we understand that customers want an affordable and hassle-free service. That’s why we charge a deposit of $50 on each bottle, instead of charging a rental fee for each bottle that is ordered.
If you order 2x 45kg gas bottles, there will be a $50 depoist on each bottle ($100 in total).
Once you swap a KHG bottle for a KHG bottle, there will be no more bottle deposits.
If you decide to leave or go with a different provider, the $50 deposit is a cost that is returned when you return the bottle – picked up from your address by our team.
If this doesn’t happen and we have to retrieve our bottles from another provider, you will not receive the bottle deposit back.

Ordering two or three bottles together lowers your overall cost per bottle, especially in outer delivery areas.
2. The “Never Run Out” Method
