Delivery Rules
1 Obstructions Preventing Safe Delivery
- No clear path to the bottle location
- Blocked or narrow driveways
- Steep or unsafe/muddy access
- Loose dogs or hazards around the area
2 Defaced or Written-On Bottles ($80 Fee)
Please do not write on or mark your gas bottles.
If bottles are defaced, we must charge an $80 fee to cover replacement and cleaning.
This includes:
- Graffiti
- Permanent marker writing
- Stickers or paint
3 Ideal Delivery Setup
Easy access, no obstacles, and bottles positioned on a firm surface like concrete, pavers, or a level platform; never directly on grass or soft ground.
4 Compliance Certificate
Once your LPG installation is complete, your licensed gas fitter will issue the official compliance certificate and place a compliance plate above the regulator. These items prove the setup is safe and up to code. We can only deliver gas bottles if this compliance can be shown.
