What are the costs for my bottle delivery?
There will be a credit card surcharge (1.75%) for every order. There will also be a $50 bottle deposit per bottle. This will be refunded whenever the bottles will be returned. We also charge an extra $40 for delivery in outer areas, this is to cover the costs of extra time and transportation costs.
What if I have still an old bottle from a different provider on site?
We can take it away and off your site for you. Just remember to contact the old provider and cancel their service, so they don’t charge you any more Bottle Rental/s or Maintenance Fees.
When can I expect the delivery of my gas bottle?
We start delivering at 7am till 4pm Monday to Friday, we do not deliver on Public Holidays or on weekends. Online re-ordering service.
We have a Timely Delivery Schedule for our main delivery area, 1 to 3 Business days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee same day delivery or in some cases next day delivery. This could happen but we will do our best.
The delivery to outer areas is currently offered every second week of the month and may be moved depending on public holiday or could be delivered more often subject to delivery volume in your area.
So when your bottle runs out and you switch to the second bottle, put your order in so we can put you on our delivery sheet for when we are in your area next so you don’t run out and be out of gas altogether.

How does the bottle deposit work?
When you have Paid the $50 bottle deposit/s for your KHG Bottle/s, there will be no more bottle deposits when you swap a KHG bottle for a KHG bottle. In case you stop doing business with us, we will refund your $50 per KHG bottle deposit as long as we pick up our bottle/s from your address OR you drop them off to our Gas agent, Global Tyres & Mechanical 4 Graham Place Casino. However, if we have to retrieve our bottle/s from another provider, we will not refund the bottle deposit/s.
What is the outer area?
We do offer an outer area delivery schedule that we have recently have just started, an outer area is an area that we don’t usually service but we understand nor do some of the multinationals. Hopefully there will be a few customers to support this service so we can keep it going, so tell your neighbours please.
When you check out, it will let you know if your suburb is in our outer area. There will be an extra $40 delivery on top of the normal bottle price. To be able to provide the best service in this area, there is a cost involved to go to this outer area as it takes time + money for our drivers to get there.
If you want 1 bottle or 4 bottles, there will be only a once off $40 delivery fee for that order delivered to you. So just remember, each time you put an order in for the outer area, there will always be an extra $40 delivery charge added. This is for residential and commercial customers in the outer area only.

What about any on site inspections (gas leaks etc)?
Our Australian Owned and Local Family Run Business offers delivery and reconnections that are checked for leaks at the gas Bottle connection, and also we check the regulator while we are there, if we discover a gas leak at the regulator or the gas line from the regulator to the gas bottle, our driver will let you know and we will turn the bottles off for safety so you can arrange for a gas fitter to have this fixed, the gas leak fix will be at the expense of the home owner.
How do I know if I have a gas leak?
As you might know, in winter your gas bottle might get empty more quickly.. We all like to enjoy a long hot shower in the winter months 🙂 But if your bottle is getting empty much quicker than usual, you might have a gas leak. When we are on site to deliver your bottle, we will always check the regulator. In we discover a gas leak, we will let you know so you can get this fixed asap!
